Brian is a graduate of the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, and has earned the professional  designation of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ awarded by the College of Financial Planning. In addition, he holds his FINRA  Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, held with LPL Financial, and he is also licensed with the State of Florida Department of Insurance.

Before even deciding to become a financial advisor, Brian made what he considers the best decision of his life—joining the United States Navy right out of high school to serve as a hospital corpsman. He deployed with Army and Marine Corps units during Operation Enduring freedom and received numerous honors, including the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal, the Army Commendation Medal, the Afghanistan Campaign Medal and the Good Conduct Ribbon. After eight years of service, five on active duty and three in the reserves, Brian enrolled in USF and holds degrees in nursing and public health.

As you might expect of a native Floridian, Brian enjoys spending much of his free time outdoors, and lists camping, fishing, mountain climbing and scuba as some of his favorite activities. In the comfort of his home, he can be found watching movies with his family and two dogs.
